Love is consistent with kindness but it is not consistent with the compromising of the truth.
Love Thinks No Evil
Love keeps no record, because spiritual Christians never provide a column for resentment or grudges.
Love Is Not Provoked
Love that takes a person outside of himself and centers his attention on the well - being of others is the only cure for self -centeredness and a love that is not provoked.
Love Does Not Seek Its Own
Jesus lived His life for others. He never sought His own welfare, but always the welfare of others.
Love Does Not Envy
A Christian full of God’s love is never jealous. He is glad for the success of others.
LOVE IS KIND
Kindness is an active goodwill toward others. It not only feels generous, it is generous. It not only desires others’ welfare, but works for it.
LOVE IS PATIENT
Love’s patience is the ability to be inconvenienced or taken advantage of by a person over and over again without becoming upset and angry.
